Chairperson, on a point of order: I have to say to you, if I may speak, Sir, that your ruling is not correct. A member may read anything that he or she wants to in the House, regardless of whether it has to do with the debate or not. What I do take offence to, is the hon member from the ANC who took the first point of order. That was a totally frivolous point of order and he knows that, Sir, since he serves on many committees within Parliament that would tell him so. He should know that in actual fact it was rubbish he was talking about. He was simply trying to cause trouble. [Interjections.]
