With reference to his reply to Question 175 on 2 August 2013, (a) where is the communal land located on which these properties were built, (b) what is the total cost breakdown in respect of how much was (i) budgeted for and (ii) spent on each property, (c) for what purposes (i) were these properties intended and (ii) are they currently being used, (d) which department (i) funded and/or paid for these properties and (ii) will or is making use of them and (e) how will the revenue collection to the municipality and/or the district council be facilitated?
