Whether his department will account for the R1.4 billion that has been lost to fraud in the Eastern Cape in the past three years; if not, why not; if so, what corrective measures are being put in place in terms of the (a) report that has been released by the Premier in a presentation to the provincial cabinet last month and (b) findings by Price Waterhouse Coopers on corruption in his department in 2010?
