Whether, with reference to his undertaking in the debate on the Budget Vote of his department (details furnished) and his reply to question 119 on 13 June 2012, he has now successfully intervened with the Johannesburg Metro in respect of the erroneous account to ensure that a zero account has indeed been issued to the resident; if not (a) why not and (b) when does he intend to finalise the matter to the satisfaction of the resident; if so, what are the relevant details?
