(1) Whether all offices of (a) circuit managers and (b) school principals (i) plan and (ii) manage the ordering and delivery of Learner Support Material (LSM) to schools; if not, (aa) why not, (bb) which offices do not have these mechanisms in place in each province in each case and (cc) what plans are in place to ensure that such mechanisms are put in place in each case; if so, what are the relevant details; (2) who is responsible to ensure that the ordering and delivery of LSM is carried out (a) in time and (b) as requested by the schools?
