(1) Whether any disasters have been registered with his department in the (a) 2007-08, (b) 2008-09, (c) 2009-10, (d) 2010-11 and (e) 2011-12 financial years; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (i) what was the nature of each registered disaster, (ii) by which (aa) province, (bb) municipality and (cc) department was the disaster registered, (iii) what was the value of each disaster claim, (iv) when was each claim paid out, (v) how much was paid out and (vi) to whom was it paid out; (2) whether any disaster claims have been rejected in each of the said financial years; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (a) what was the nature of the claim, (b) by which, (i) province, (ii) municipality and (iii) department was the claim made, (c) what was the value of the claim, (d) what were the reasons for rejecting each claim and (e) what impact did this have on the community?
