(1) (a) How much did the billboard advertising of the President’s state of the nation address at the King Shaka International Airport cost, (b) with whom was an advertising contract signed in this regard and (c) in terms of the contract, on what date was the billboard supposed to be (i) erected and (ii) taken down; (2) whether any other billboards were contracted for the purpose of advertising the state of the nation address; if not, why not; if so, for each respective billboard, (a) where was the billboard located, (b) how much did it cost, (c) with whom was an advertising contract signed in this regard and (d) in terms of the contract, on what date was the billboard supposed to be (i) erected and (ii) taken down; (3) whether she has been informed that the billboard still remained displayed on 19 April 2012; if so, what action does she intend taking in this regard?
