(1) Whether his department has taken a decision to standardise the student administration software used by the Further Education and Training (FET) colleges; if not, (a) why not and (b) when will a decision be made; if so, (i) when was this decision made and (ii) by which body or person was this decision made; (2) whether the decision is binding on all FET colleges; if not, why not; if so, (a) from what date and (b) by which body or person has this decision been taken; (3) whether this software was procured by way of a public bid; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (a) what is the bid number, (b) who (i) drafted the specifications and (ii) evaluated the bids and (c) what are the (i) total costs for the purchase of this software and (ii) combined costs for the annual licencing of the software for all FET colleges; (4) whether the persons who drafted the specifications are working in student administration at colleges; if not, (a) why not and (b) why was these persons allowed to draft the specifications; if so, in respect of each person, what are the relevant details of their experience; (5) whether this software allows for printouts of student data, such as progress reports, in more than one official language linked to the home language of the students at multilingual FET colleges; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, what are the relevant details?
