(1) Whether the SA National Aids Council (Sanac) held any meetings with (a) members of the non-governmental organisations, (b) religious organisations, (c) the Government, (d) political parties, (e) other persons and/or (f) organisations from civil society; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, what are the names of the persons and/or organisations that Sanac met with in the past two years; (2) whether any initiatives have been implemented as a result of these meetings; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, what are the relevant details; (3) whether the chief executive officer (CEO) and members of the board of Sanac (a) presented any reports to the relevant Committee(s) of Parliament and/or (b) have been present at any meetings of such committee(s) to answer questions; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (4) whether any action will be taken against the CEO and/or members of the board of Sanac who fail to attend meetings of the relevant committee(s) when requested to do so; if not, why not; if so, what action?
