(1) What is the (a) optimal and (b) actual number of clinical engineers in each province; (2) what steps have been taken to (a) fill the vacancies for clinical engineers in all provinces and (b) ensure that the work of clinical engineers is being done; (3) whether his department has had any discussions with the Department of Higher Education with regard to increasing the number of students in clinical engineering; if not, why not; if so, what was the outcome of the discussions?
