(1) What are the reasons for the high turnover of the excecutives of the Public Sector Education and Training Authority (Pseta), particulary the chief executive officers; (2) whether the Pseta’s board is dysfunctional and/or weak; if so, what are the relevant details; (3) whether he will take any steps with regard to the shortage of staff; if not, why not; if so, (a) when, (b) how and (c) what are the further relevant details?
