(1) Whether, with regard to each international visit undertaken by each municipality, provincial government and legislature in each of the provinces, the pre-visit communications were conveyed by each entity to her department’s bilateral desks and/or the Directorate: Intergovernmental and Provincial Protocol (DIPP); if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details in respect of each visit; (2) whether each delegation submitted a programme to her department that sets out the various activities that have been agreed on with the host in respect of the (Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)/Twinning Agreements/ invitation); if not; why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (3) whether her department was informed of the level at which the delegations were to meet in respect of government opinion-makers and/or specialised technical personnel; (4) whether any of the international visits resulted in any interaction with the SA Embassy staff in each of the visited countries; if not, why not ; if so, what are the relevant details?
