(1) (a) How are complaints received at Refugee Reception Offices, (b) how many complaints were received at each office in (i) 2009, (ii) 2010 and (iii) 2011 and (c) what (i) was the nature of such complaint and (ii) steps are being taken to deal with these complaints ; (2) whether there are any (a) processes, (b) procedures, (c) mechanisms and (d) pro-grammes in place at each office to reduce the number of complaints; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
