(1) How many complaints against a certain bank (name furnished) were received by the National Credit Regulator (NCR) from (a) customers and (b) debt councillors in the (i) 2012-13 and (ii) 2013-14 financial years; (2) what action, in terms of the National Credit Act, Act 34 of 2005, were taken by the NCR against the bank with regard to each complaint received; (3) did the NCR conduct any inspections to ensure that the bank complied with the Act; if not, why not; if so (a) how many inspections were conducted and (b) what are the relevant details of each inspection?
