(1) (a) How many strikes by the SA Post Office (SAPO) (i) employees and/or (ii) casual workers have been held since 1 January 2014, (b) what was the cause of these strikes, (c) how many man-days of labour were lost, (d) what was the cost to SAPO and (e) how were these strikes resolved; (2) what (a) actions were taken by SAPO to ensure adequate service levels to customers during these strikes and (b) contingencies are in place to ensure continuation of service during strikes in the future?
