(1) What are the names of the Health Risk Managers assigned to each of the provincial departments of education; (2) in respect of each specified Health Risk Manager operating in the education sector, what (a) is the (i) value and (ii) duration of the contract and (b) are the details of the expertise that allows the consultant to adjudicate applications for incapacity leave and ill-health retirement; (3) what process of appeal can be followed in the event of an adjudication made by a Health Risk Manager with which officials of a department do not agree; (4) what process is followed to ensure repayment of the salary paid to the applicant during his or her absence from work in the event of an adjudication rejecting an application for incapacity leave; (5) for each provincial department of education, what are the details of the current backlog of applications for (a) incapacity leave and (b) ill-health retirement, including (i)(aa) numbers and (bb) dates of applications unprocessed and (ii) the reasons for the backlog in each specified case?
