Finally, Minister, it is great that the Department of Public Enterprises has decided to let go of Broadband Infraco. Frankly, Broadband Infraco has in the past been treated like the ugly stepchild of the department and we hope that the Department of Telecommunications and Postal Services will now assist Broadband Infraco in increasing broadband access in South Africa. I am sure Premier Helen Zille will be happy to give them advice on how to improve on that. I thank you. [Applause.] [Interjections.]
