(1) Whether a case of murder was investigated regarding the death of a certain person (name and details furnished); if so, (a) was an inquest carried out to ascertain the cause of death, (b) where did the specified person’s death occur, (c) for what period was the person admitted to hospital according to the medical report furnished to the investigating officers, (d) which hospitals was the person admitted to while the person was still alive, (e) what was the reason for the person being admitted to the hospital in the first instance, (f) why was the person transferred from one hospital to another, (g) what are the names of the medical doctors that determined the person’s cause of death and (h) how many detectives investigated this case; (2) whether the report of the doctors to the police established that there was a causal link between the injuries the deceased sustained during the time the deceased was robbed and the cause of the death; if so, (a) was this investigated and (b) what (i) were the ranks of the detectives that investigated this case and (ii) is the status of this case to date; (3) did the Crime Intelligence Unit play any part in this investigation?
