(a) How many (i) university and (ii) technical and vocational education and training college campuses are built on land owned or under the custody of traditional leaders and (b) what is the (i) name of each respective institution and (ii) location of each campus;
(2) are there plans in place to transfer ownership of the land in the future; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; and
(3) whether there have been any administrative problems that have resulted from the arrangement?
