(2) whether, with regard to the shootings that took place in the Marikana informal settlement in Philippi in the Western Cape in October 2017, the SAPS has (a) gathered and (b) analysed surveillance footage of the specified areas at the time of the incidents from (i) their own surveillance cameras and/or (ii) privately owned surveillance cameras; if not, why not, in each case; if so, in each case, how many hours of footage was analysed?
