Hon member, there is a point of order.
Speaker, on a point of order: There is an agreement between all political parties that when we give notice of a motion we don't go into the substantive matters, because it is notice for a discussion that may possibly take place. What the hon member is doing now is to go into substantive matters, which is not according to the agreement between the parties in this House.
Hon member, is it such a case?
I will do that, Speaker. Can I just read the last sentence, because I have, in fact, discussed this matter with the NA Table. I have clarified it.
Conclude, hon member.
