Hon Minister, your time has expired! Order, hon members! Order!
Speaker, may I address you on a point of order?
Yes, hon member. What is your point of order?
Speaker, my point of order is that the hon Minister of Women, Children and People with Disabilities accused the DA of lying. I would like you to please look at this and ask the member to withdraw. She wasn't even responding to a statement made by the DA. [Interjections.]
Speaker, may I address you?
Order! Hon member, I will study the Hansard and come back with a ruling on that point.
Speaker, may I address you on a point? Any negative comments of that nature against a political party had in the past been ruled to be perfectly in order. It is only with regard to a member of the House that such references would be out of order. [Interjections.]
Hon member, I said I would look at the Hansard and come back with a ruling.
