Ms Mabe was born on 18 September 1976 in Magaliesburg. She attained Bachelors and Honours Degrees in Public Administration from the University of Pretoria. Ms Mabe became a Member of Parliament in 2009 and served on the Select Committees on Land and Environmental Affairs, Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries, Rural Development & Land Reform and Water & Environmental Affairs. She has a political background as a Gauteng PEC member and a PEC Youth League Member.
