(1) With reference to her reply to question 969 on 11 June 2012, in respect of the awarding of the new contractor for the payment of social grants, (a) who were the members of the Bid Adjudication Committee (BAC), (b) what position within the public service do they hold, (c) on which dates did the BAC meet, (d) what was the length of each meeting and (e) who attended each meeting; (2) whether any member of the BAC submitted any documentation that raised concern; if not, why not; if so, (a) which members submitted such documents and (b) on which date; (3) whether a copy of (a) each document of concern and (b) the transcript of each meeting of the BAC will be made available; if not, why not, in each case; if so, what are the relevant details in each case?
