(1) Whether, with reference to her reply to question 968 on 11 June 2012, a technical evaluation committee (TEC) was established with regard to the awarding of the new contractor for the payment of social grants; if not, why not; if so, (a) who served on the TEC, (b) what are their qualifications, (c) how was their appointment to the TEC determined, (d) by who was it determined, (e) on what dates did the committee meet and (f) how long did each meeting last; (2) whether the TEC produced any reports; if not, why not; if so, (a) how many and (b) when will copies of each report be made available?
