I have been advised by Sentech as follows:-
(1) (a) The strike did not have any reportable impact to the Companyâs
operations.
(b) From the onset, the Company established a Strike Management
Committee in terms of its Policy on Industrial Management. This
committee pulled all levels of Companyâs management including
specialists to close gaps in the areas of operations that were
reprioritised and customised. The Company also worked closely with
organised labour to quickly reach an amicable agreement.
(2) (a) There was no damage to company property as a result of the
strike.
(b) There was no damage to equipment during the strike.
