How many foreign nationals have been declared a prohibited person by his department since the introduction of the Immigration Regulations on the grounds that such a person was (a) found to be carrying an infectious disease, (b) found to have a warrant of arrest or conviction against them for genocide, torture, drug trafficking, money laundering, kidnapping, terrorism or murder secured in South Africa or any country with which South Africa has regular diplomatic relations, (c) found to be a member or supporter of an organisation practicing racial hatred or social violence, (d) found to be a member of an organisation using crime or terrorism to reach its goals and (e) found to have previously been deported out of South Africa and have not been rehabilitated by his department in the prescribed manner?
