Hon members, earlier on hon Hunsinger raised a point of order on the use of the expression "I will use the language of the oppressor". The Constitution gives equality to all official languages in the country. To denigrate by for example referring to any of them as a language of the oppressor is to imply that the speakers of that language are themselves oppressors. This language is divisive and cannot be tolerated in a constitutional dispensation. I Rule that the expression is unparliamentary and I would like to ask hon Boshoff to stand. Hon Boshoff, you can have your microphone on. Will you, please, withdraw?
