The HOUSE CHAIRPERSON (Mr M B Skosana) (IFP): Mr Speaker, the IFP feels that President Zuma and the government of the Republic of South Africa should not allow the impending visit to South Africa by the President of the United States of America to become a low-key affair, as suggested by others, simply because of provincial-political disagreements. Provincial- political dynamics should not be elevated to the level of deciding foreign policy of this magnitude and dimension. The city of Cape Town is in South Africa and it is of South Africa. [Interjections.]
