Hon Speaker, yes, indeed we have looked at the impact of this extension, and we believe that it will be positive. As I said, we've identified education as the key to lifting these households and families out of the cycle of poverty, and the extension is aimed at ensuring that these youths remain in school and attain education as well as skills, in order to serve as change agents in their families and households to prevent the transfer of poverty from one generation to the next.
