. That the disciplinary proceedings in the assault case initiated by the photographer be reviewed. . That the case involving the death of a police members and the giving of CPR is reviewed and that the relevant people are involved including the Station Commander, the immediate supervisor and the disciplinary committee. . That the Station Orders for the Domestic Violence Act are shortened and that the Child Justice Act Station Orders are also shortened and if possible a legal advice be sought for their correctness. The Provincial Commissioner has agreed to ensure that Station Orders for the Child Justice Act are uniform across the province. . The Station Commander must review personnel strength and performance of personnel in the firearms office to ensure that they execute their work effectively. . The appalling situation in the cells is immediately addressed. The Provincial Commissioner ordered the station to clean the cells that night and that DPW would be engaged to address the situation the following morning. . That the allegations by the CPF with regard to involvement of police in corrupt practices are investigated. The Cluster Commander provided the assurance that engagement with the CPF on this issue will occur. The Provincial Commissioner stated that there were too many members at the station and that there was a serious problem with management at the station which should ideally be totally restructured. Many of the problems at the station had been identified by the Provincial Inspectorate many months ago and contained in their report, but no action had been taken. In his opinion, no promotions should be allowed at this station for a period of two years.
